Jason Ruff

Jason Ruff has extensive experience in environmental contracting and remediation, with a career spanning over 28 years. Currently serving as the Director of National Remediation and Program Manager at HEPACO, LLC since January 2019, Jason focuses on stream and wetland restoration, environmental cleanup, and fostering industry relationships. Previous roles include Program Manager at Environmental Management Specialists, Inc., where Jason specialized in stream and wetland projects, and President of Environmental Remediation Contractor, overseeing soil treatment operations. Additional leadership experience includes Vice President of Lancaster Select Soccer Association and General Manager at Performance Site Environmental, where operations generated annual revenues of $6 to $8 million. Jason began professional development as a Project Manager/Estimator at Pro-Terra Environmental Contracting and pursued academic studies at Hocking College and Ohio University.
