Felipe Novaes Duarte

Felipe Novaes Duarte has extensive experience in technical support and maintenance within the technology and IT sectors. Currently, as an Analista de suporte II at Hepta Tecnologia e Informática since August 2022, Felipe provides support for the Empresa Brasileira de Correios e Telégrafos, specializing in Windows operating systems, MS Office troubleshooting, hardware setup, software installations, network structuring, and ITIL methodology. Prior to this role, Felipe served as a Consultor técnico júnior at Selbetti Tecnologia, focusing on printer maintenance in the Sul Fluminense region. Earlier experience includes working as a Técnico de campo I at Lexmark, handling field maintenance for printers, and as a Técnico de suporte em TI at TIVIT, responsible for desktop assembly and printer configuration.
