Kerri Botten

Kerri Botten is a seasoned professional at Herbalife, serving since July 2008 in various capacities, currently as Senior Manager for DS / CS Projects & Member Services Liaison for Europe & Africa. Kerri leads a regional team focused on enhancing Distributor and Customer service levels while developing and managing successful project strategies and implementations. With expertise in risk management and quality assurance, Kerri has consistently ensured that project deliverables meet stakeholder expectations. Throughout the tenure at Herbalife, Kerri has also held roles as Senior Project Manager and Business Support Coordinator, where responsibilities included improving Member Services and facilitating inter-departmental collaboration. Kerri's career began as a Member Services Representative, progressing through roles that included Order Management Project Lead during the Oracle implementation. Educational background includes studies at East Berkshire College and The Douay Martyrs High School.
