Chief Information Officer at Herbalife

Rhonda Vetere serves as chief information officer for Herbalife Nutrition with responsibility for leading the Company’s information technology strategy and implementation. She will also serve as a member of the executive committee. She provides strategic and tactical direction to ensure that all information technology (IT) investments are aligned with, and support, the Company’s purpose, business objectives, corporate goals and strategic plan. Ms. Vetere plans and implements the information systems (IS) infrastructure to include personnel, application systems, hardware, voice and data networks, management procedures and budget to support an integrated delivery.

Having joined Herbalife Nutrition in November 2019, Ms. Vetere is an experienced CIO/CTO (chief technology officer) and global executive leader whose passion is to transform companies and lead digital transformation, while creating high-performance teams. For over 25 years, she has managed IT divisions of over 20,000 people across multiple continents, having lived and worked all over the world. Her background includes CIO/CTO positions at Estée Lauder, Barclays and JPMorgan, and senior technology positions at leading companies including AIG, HP Enterprise and Lehman Brothers.

Ms. Vetere shares her commitment to community through her Board roles for professional, educational, and athletic institutions, including The Canadian Cloud Council, Longwood University, George Mason University School of Business, SWAAY Magazine, Miss Fashion Week, and Xcelocloud Inc.

She exemplifies the Company’s commitment to living a healthy, active lifestyle and has over the years, completed over 65 half and full marathons, triathlons and six 70.3-mile Ironman races. She is also one of the first females to run 55 miles across the Serengeti as part of a fundraiser for female empowerment programs.

She received her B.A. from George Mason University and is a two-time published author, speaker, and recipient of executive and technology awards, and she is known as one of the top technologists in digital transformation and global leadership.
