Michelle Ford started in the multifamily industry in 2001 as a leasing professional for AIMCO. Since then she has gained extensive onsite experience managing properties and working as a Marketing Director. She most recently worked for RentPath as a Regional Sales Executive where she consulted with different management companies throughout Mississippi regarding advertising and marketing decisions.
Michelle oversees all marketing and public relation operations. Since she has joined our team, we have developed the Heritage App, implemented lead tracking/management software, and redesigned all of our websites. She is committed to providing ongoing seminars to inspire and work with our onsite teams.
Michelle graduated Cum Laude from Tulane University where she studied Science/Marketing. She is a licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Mississippi, Secretary for the Gulf Coast division of the Mississippi Multifamily Council, and the Community Outreach Chairman for the Greater Gulf Coast Apartment Association where she was recognized as the 2014 “Member of the Year”.
