Johnny Weir

Johnny Weir is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the corporate sector. Currently serving as a Trustee for the Mortlake Community Association since May 2024, Johnny has held significant positions at Federated Hermes Limited as Executive Director, Head of Global Corporate Communications, and previously as Executive Director, Head of Corporate Communications. Prior roles include Managing Director and Global Head of Corporate Communications at DWS Group and Global Head of Digital & Group Internal Communications at Deutsche Bank, where responsibilities spanned various communications and marketing functions. Early career experiences include positions at Reuters, where Johnny was Head of Corporate PR, and roles at CONSOLIDATED COMMUNICATIONS MANAGEMENT LIMITED and Leedex Group. Johnny holds an MA (Hons) in History from the University of St Andrews and attended Fettes College.
