Katherine Owen

Katherine Owen is currently the VP of Employee Experiences at Hero Digital. Prior to their current position, Katherine was a Human Resources Manager/Senior Recruiter/HR Training Specialist at Vistex from January 2015 to December 2016. Vistex is a global software company that provides enterprises with solutions that manage pricing, incentive, rebate, rights and royalty and channel programs to enhance business performance while reducing labor and infrastructure costs. As Human Resources Manager, Katherine led all human resources activities for Kent WA, Boise ID, Lodz Poland, and London UK.

In 2014, Vistex acquired Hawkeye Channel. Katherine then became the Human Resources Manager for Hawkeye Channel from January 2012 to December 2015. Hawkeye delivers best-in-class channel solutions for the world’s leading technology companies from channel research and program design to innovative tools and ongoing operations support to maximize channel investments.

From January 2016 to December 2017, Katherine was a National Account Manager/VMC Consulting at Volt Workforce Solutions. And prior to that, they were a National Account Manager at Volt Workforce Solutions from January 2006 to December 2012.

Katherine Owen completed a BA in Psychology from the University of Washington and a Master's degree in Community Counseling from Seattle Pacific University. Katherine also holds certifications from LinkedIn in Rolling out a DIBs Training Program in Your Company and Public Speaking Foundations, and from CompTIA in Project Management-Project Plus.

They work with Nikki Maloney-Ballard - VP, Data & Insights, Iser Cukierman - Chief Financial Officer, and Brian Berri - SVP Finance. Katherine Owen reports to David Kilimnik, CEO.
