Maruti Khavanekar has over a decade of experience in risk management and fraud control, currently serving in the Fraud Control Unit at Hero FinCorp since August 2022. Prior roles include positions in the Fraud Control Unit and Vigilance at Hero Housing Finance, as well as leadership roles such as Regional Head for RCU at Unimoni and Risk Management Specialist at Reliance Home Finance Ltd. Maruti has also held senior management positions at Shriram Housing Finance Ltd. and served as a Risk Manager in the Fraud Control Unit at Bajaj Auto Ltd. and ICICI Bank, focusing on financial crime prevention. Maruti holds an MBA in Marketing from Chetana's Institute of Management & Research and is pursuing an eMDP in FINTECH from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, expected to complete in August 2024.
