Jake Shade

Jake Shade is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as General Manager at HHM Hotels for the Residence Inn by Marriott Tampa Westshore since December 2023. Prior to this role, Jake Shade held multiple positions as General Manager with McKibbon Hospitality, overseeing the Residence Inn by Marriott Tampa Westshore and the Residence Inn by Marriott Tampa/Sabal Park Brandon, as well as managing the Hampton Inn by Hilton Kennesaw and serving as Dual General Manager for the Courtyard by Marriott and Residence Inn by Marriott in Mobile. Jake Shade began the career with an Assistant General Manager position at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Mobile. Education credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Central Florida – Rosen College of Hospitality Management, completed between 2015 and 2017.
