Sarah Brown

Sarah Brown currently serves as the Global Learning and Development Director at Herspiegel since September 2025. Previously, Sarah held the position of Senior Learning and Development Partner at FIECON from February 2023 to October 2025, and served as Senior Manager of Learning Development at ICON plc from November 2019 to January 2023. Sarah's earlier experience includes roles at PRA Health Sciences as Manager of Learning Development, and at PAREXEL as Training Specialist II and Clinical Research Associate II, where responsibilities included full-service training for various clinical roles and involvement in clinical trials. Additionally, Sarah worked as an International Trial Coordinator at The University of Nottingham, focusing on large-scale randomized controlled trials in stroke medicine, and was involved in psychological services and Applied Behavioral Analysis as an assistant psychologist and therapist. Sarah holds a Master of Science in Health/Medical Psychology from the University of Nottingham and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology and Sociology from the University of Surrey.
