Blake Searfoss

Blake Searfoss is the current Head of Talent at Heyday. Prior to this, they were an Executive Recruiter at Daversa Partners from June 2016 to December 2020. Daversa Partners is the leading headhunting firm in North America, building out the management teams for the most disruptive, venture-backed companies of our generation. Blake has a proven track record of being able to identify and attract top talent for their clients. Blake is highly regarded in the industry for their ability to find the right fit for both the company and the candidate.

Blake Searfoss graduated from Lafayette College with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics.
