Joy Hayame

Joy Hayame is the Chief of Staff of HGGC.

Joy is Chief of Staff for the firm’s Chairman & CEO, Rich Lawson, and has been involved in numerous roles over the past thirteen years at the firm spanning strategy, operations, external relations, corporate communications, and other cross firm and functional projects.

Prior to joining HGGC, Joy worked at a Bay Area real estate investment company and also has extensive experience in the manufacturing and travel/hospitality industries.
