Annette Cureton

Annette Cureton, MSHR, MBA, currently serves as a Labor and Employee Relations Advisor at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) since December 2023. Prior to this role, Annette held several key positions at the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) from May 2016 to April 2025, including Branch Chief of Labor and Employee Relations and Assistant Branch Chief/Section Chief of Labor and Employee Relations. Earlier experience includes serving as Branch Chief for the Labor and Employee Relations Division at USDA-FSIS and as a Human Resources Specialist in the federal government from October 2009 to May 2016. Annette's career started at AARP, where various roles included Sr. HR Business Partner and Project Manager for Workplace Relations and HR Investigations. Annette holds an MBA in Business Administration and a Master's in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
