Jermaine Brown

Jermaine Brown currently serves as the Director of Dining Services at HHS, LLC, since November 2025, overseeing all aspects of dining operations, including food quality, customer satisfaction, and compliance with safety standards. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Chef and Sous Chef at Morrison Healthcare from June 2017 to November 2025, and as Executive Chef at Westminster Communities of Florida and Delaware North. Earlier in the career, Jermaine Brown held positions such as Executive Sous Chef and Sous Chef with Royal Caribbean International and Royal Caribbean Group. Educational achievements include an Associate's degree as a Certified Culinarian from the American Culinary Federation and a culinary certification from the B&E School of Catering.
