Dan Boyd

Head of Occupier Services at Hibernia REIT

Dan Boyd is the current Head of Occupier Services at Hibernia REIT. Prior to that, they were the Estate Director at Spencer Dock from January 2007 to August 2016.

Spencer Dock is a 1.8 million square feet, mixed-use development located in the Docklands of Dublin. It is home to the Convention Centre Dublin, numerous blue chip corporations, and over 600 luxury apartments. Planning permission has been secured and construction is due to commence shortly on the next phase of development, which will include offices, retail units, and a hotel.

During the planning and development phase of the campus, Dan was recruited to be the Estate Director. Dan was an influential member of the initial Design Team, charged with the delivery of the built environment. Dan fostered strong relationships with the numerous stakeholders and external bodies. Dan developed policies, procedures, and business processes for the new business. Dan negotiated contracts with the various contractors and suppliers and implemented Service Level Agreements to ensure the highest operational standards and efficiencies were achieved.

Dan is ultimately responsible for maintaining the overall value and commercial growth of the campus.
