Margaret Fleming

Margaret Fleming is an experienced property professional. She worked at JLL Ireland for over 30 years, most recently as International Director - Capital Markets, where she provided advice on large property transactions to a diverse client base of corporates, pension funds, government agencies and other investors. She is a Non-Executive Director of Activate Capital, a Trustee of the Iveagh Trust, a major Dublin-based housing association, and sits on the Irish Executive Committee of the Urban Land Institute, a global education and research institute. She is a member of the Nominations Committee as well as the Investment and Development Executive Committees.
