Laura Fink

Laura Fink currently serves as the People & Culture Director at HiBob, beginning in September 2024. Prior to this, Laura held the position of interim VP People & Talent at Unmind from June 2023 to June 2024. From February 2021 to July 2023, Laura was the VP People and Culture at Healx, an AI-driven company focusing on rare disease treatments. Earlier experience includes roles such as Head of HR at SETL and EMEA Staffing Lead/HR Business Partner at Google, where Laura contributed significantly to team development and recruitment strategies during periods of growth. Laura's career began at EMI Music as an HR Adviser, and Laura has a strong educational background with a Master's degree in HR from the University of Westminster and a BA in French and English Literature from Newcastle University.
