Maura Eddy

Maura Eddy currently serves as a Capital Markets Accounting Specialist at High Plains Farm Credit, starting in August 2023. Prior to this role, Maura spent over a decade at Choice Genetics, beginning as the manager of the first feed intake barn and advancing to Field Geneticist for the Americas, where responsibilities included data management, breeding plan development, and genetic selection. Additionally, experience includes a position as Genetic Implementation Manager, collaborating with internal teams and clients across North and South America. Early career experiences include internships and student positions at Sandy Knolls Farm, KSU Rabies Lab, and Kansas State College of Veterinary Medicine, focusing on animal care and research. Maura holds a Master of Applied Science in Animal Genetics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science and Industry from Kansas State University.
