Maddy Channen

Maddy Channen is a growth executive who builds businesses, scales operational systems, and turns around companies.

Channen has a background in start-ups and spent several years in management consulting with McKinsey & Co. building digital businesses for banks globally. As an Associate Partner at McKinsey, she shaped four of the firm’s biggest digital transformations worldwide and worked across North America, Latin America, Europe, and the Caribbean.

More recently, she was brought in by the CEO of Aimia, a global B2B loyalty and analytics SaaS player, to lead inorganic growth strategy and turn the business around. In this role, Channen was responsible for identifying M&A targets to deploy $400M+ and for integrating acquired businesses. She also launched new products and led high-stakes cost and integration efforts to close a $60M profitability gap against the odds.

As Vice President of Shared Services at Higher Ground, Channen leads growth operations to rapidly scale our brick-and-mortar Montessori school network and global digital education offerings. She is responsible for designing and implementing core business processes and scaling Shared Service functions globally (including Product, Technology, Facilities, and People Operations). She has a proven record of scaling fast-growth organizations, developing commercial models and partnerships, and taking products to market.
