Craig Mabrey has extensive experience in talent acquisition and management within the hospitality and retail industries. From November 2015 to December 2017, Craig served as Vice President of Talent Management at Highgate, where strategies for hiring associates for hotels and corporate offices were developed. Prior to that, Craig was the Corporate Director of Recruiting at Omni Hotels from January 2013 to November 2015, managing executive-level recruitment and vendor relationships. Craig's earlier experience includes a tenure at Blockbuster Inc. from October 2000 to August 2012 as Director of Recruiting, overseeing talent pipelines for a large retail operation, and a position as Director of Field Recruiting at Carlson Restaurants Worldwide in 2006. Craig holds a BBA in Marketing from Harding University.
