Bridgette Wiefling is an accomplished healthcare leader with extensive experience in clinical transformation and physician leadership. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Clinical Transformation and Chief Medical Officer at Highmark Health since August 2022, Bridgette drives the implementation of the Living Health Clinical Strategy. Prior experience includes key roles at Rochester General Hospital and Rochester Regional Health, where responsibilities involved strategic direction, financial performance, clinical quality, and integration of a 1,200-physician network.
