Amer Madaeen

Amer Madaeen has extensive experience in IT management and project leadership across multiple industries. Currently serving as Sr. Manager for IT Applications at Hikma Pharmaceuticals since April 2016, Amer successfully led the global implementation of the SAP SuccessFactors Human Capital Management suite across 27 countries, impacting over 850,000 employees. Prior to Hikma, Amer worked as Sr. Project Manager at Cisco from June 2012 to April 2016, managing large-scale projects and addressing cross-cultural managerial and technical challenges. Earlier roles include Implementation & Technical Support Manager at ITAC, Software Development Manager at ESOLUTION, and Project Manager at LEADERSSOFT, where Amer developed various technical solutions and software applications.
