Chou Ng

Chou Ng is an experienced HR leader currently serving as the Director of HR Business Partner at Hikma Pharmaceuticals, where strategic HR guidance and support are provided to North American employees and function leaders. Prior to this role, Chou held the position of Director of People Operations at G&W Laboratories, successfully overseeing a significant HCM re-launch and enhancing operational efficiency through HRIS improvements. With a strong background in Workday compensation processes acquired at Deloitte and Allergan, as well as financial management experience from previous roles at ADP and Realogy, Chou holds an MBA in Finance from Hofstra University and a BA in Economics from Stony Brook University.
