Ed Pardon

Ed Pardon has extensive experience in intellectual property and litigation, currently holding the position of Associate VP -- IP and Litigation Counsel for North America at Hikma Pharmaceuticals since June 2018. Previously, Ed served as Senior Counsel/Associate General Counsel for IP and Litigation and Intellectual Property Counsel at Hikma. Prior to joining Hikma, Ed was a Partner at Merchant & Gould P.C., specializing in Hatch-Waxman litigation and counseling. Ed's legal career began as an Attorney at Michael Best & Friedrich LLP and included a clerkship for the Honorable Ronald T.Y. Moon at the Supreme Court of Hawaii. Ed also has a background in medicine, having worked as a physician at the State of Wisconsin DHFS Mendota Mental Health and the Department of Veterans Affairs Tomah Medical Center. Ed holds a JD from the University of Wisconsin Law School, an MD from the UW School of Medicine and Public Health, and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Carroll University.
