Jamil Qatami

Jamil Qatami possesses extensive experience in organizational development and human resources, currently holding the position of Vice President of Organization Development at Hikma Pharmaceuticals since May 2019. In this role, Jamil leads initiatives to enhance organizational design, talent management, and workforce effectiveness, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Previous positions at Hikma include Vice President of Talent Management and Vice President of HR for the MENA region and holding company. Jamil's earlier career includes significant roles at Hay Group as a Senior Consultant, where strategic HR solutions were developed for various sectors, as well as positions in HR and training at Arabtech Jardaneh and a USAID project. Jamil holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from Western Sydney University.
