Philip O'Leary

Philip O'Leary currently serves as Legal Counsel at Hikma Pharmaceuticals, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this role, Philip was an Associate in Corporate M&A at Arthur Cox LLP from August 2021 to February 2024 and served on the Editorial Board of the Hibernian Law Journal from September 2019 to November 2021, eventually becoming Deputy Editor for Management and Finance for Volume 20. Philip's experience also includes working as a Corporate Solicitor, Trainee Solicitor, and Paralegal at ByrneWallace LLP from March 2018 to July 2021, and as an intern at Mason Hayes & Curran and Ronan Daly Jermyn. Academically, Philip holds a Master’s Degree in Business Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from University College Cork, along with professional qualifications from the Law Society of Ireland.
