Katrin Besteher

Katrin Besteher serves as the Head of HR for Germany, Austria, and Central Europe at Hillebrand Gori, a company of DHL, since February 2021, and has previously held the role of Head of HR Germany and Austria. Between February 2017 and January 2021, experience included working at Leonardo PersonalKonzept as a Personalreferentin, focusing on marketing, social media management, homepage development, personnel development projects, purchasing, quality management, data protection, and training responsibilities. Prior experience also includes a position as Vertriebsdisponentin at Randstad from September 2010 to January 2017. Katrin Besteher holds a Diplom-Oekonomin degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from the University of Hohenheim, completed from 2002 to 2007.
