Mary Kay Ladone

Mary Kay Ladone is the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, Strategy and Investor Relations at Hillrom. Mary has over 20 years of experience in developing and executing corporate and M&A strategies. Prior to their current role, they served as the Corporate Officer and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, Strategy and Investor Relations at Hill-Rom from July 2016 to January 2022. In this role, they were responsible for leading the global strategic Investor Relations program and the M&A/Corporate Development and Strategy team. Under their leadership, Hillrom more than doubled its market capitalization and achieved 125%+ stock appreciation over 4 years.

In their previous role at Bioventus, Mary Kay Ladone was responsible for leading the company's M&A/business development activities. During their tenure, they closed 8 M&A deals in 24 months and improved the Board's M&A transaction review process by enhancing discipline in evaluating transactions/providing all needed relevant information. Mary also increased the quality of M&A opportunities by increasing the scope of opportunities considered.
