Paul Johnson

Paul Johnson is the Senior Vice President and President of Patient Support Systems at Hillrom. Prior to this, they served as the President of Americas Region at Life Technologies, where they were responsible for growing the $1.75 billion portfolio and leading 550 commercial employees across Canada, the United States, and Latin America.

Johnson began their career in 1986 as the General Manager of Sales & Marketing for Clinical Information Systems at GE Healthcare. In 2005, they became the Vice President of Americas Sales, Global Marketing, and Customer Support at APPLIED BIOSYSTEMS. During their time at Life Technologies, Johnson created and executed growth strategies across life science research, bioproduction, clinical, and other applied science markets. Paul was also responsible for increasing sales from $1.59 billion to $1.75 billion between fiscal years 2009 and 2011, as well as improving the operating margin by 10% through price realization, mix, and new product introductions between fiscal years 2009 and 2011. In addition, they increased customer loyalty goal/NPS by 10% between fiscal years 2009 and 2011.
