Afzal Chothia

Afzal Chothia is a marketing and sales professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Marketing Director at Hilti South Africa and previously holding the position of Sales Director for Construction Central at Weir Minerals, Afzal has also worked as a Product Manager for Dewatering, Online Sales/E-Commerce Manager, and Sales Application Engineer at Weir Minerals. Prior experience includes civil and structural engineering roles, including Acting Engineering Manager at G&H Consulting Engineers (Pty) Ltd and an internship at PD Naidoo & Associates. Afzal holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from GIBS Business School and has completed an EMBA-Global Asia program focused on Digital Marketing, Customer Engagement, and Social Media from prestigious institutions including Columbia Business School, London Business School, and The University of Hong Kong.
