Derek Desalvia

Derek DeSalvia, M.S., serves as the Chief Customer Officer-Executive Vice President at Hilton Grand Vacations, where responsibilities include overseeing Resort Operations, Club Operations, and Revenue Management, with a focus on customer enablement and enhancing guest satisfaction.
