Sanjiv Misra

Sanjiv Misra is an Independent Director at Hindustan Unilever Limited. Prior to this, they were the General Manager-Delhi Region at Akruti City Ltd from January 2008 to April 2009. Sanjiv was responsible for North India Affairs with a special focus on development of Projects under the PPP model.

From June 2004 to March 2006, they were the Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer at Integrated Caps (Pvt.) Ltd. Sanjiv's responsibilities included the overall management and operation of the Company with an emphasis on diversifying the Customer base of the Company including Exports. Sanjiv also introduced systems and processes and set up a Financial Evaluation and Restructuring System.

Prior to that, they were the Executive Vice President-Business Development at Electrolux Kelvinator Ltd from January 1996 to December 2003. And before that, they were the Commercial Director at Intron Limited from April 1987 to December 1995. Sanjiv started their career as a Manager Diversification at Harbans Distributors (Pvt.) Ltd from October 1983 to December 1984.

Sanjiv Misra has a PG Diploma in Corporate Law from Amity Law School, an M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York, a B.A. in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce, and an Indian School Certificate in Accounts and Commerce from St.Columba's High School.
