Jakub Granat is the current Chief Product Officer at HiPets. Jakub has held this position since December 2020. Prior to that, they were the CEO and Co-founder of JoBot24 from June 2018 to December 2020. JoBot24 is a chatbot recruitment tool that helps find a job without a CV in 4 minutes via Messenger. Their mission is to change the status quo in recruitment, which primarily allows physical workers to easily apply; without a CV from Messenger without the need to browse hundreds of similar job offers.

- Idea, concept, strategy, implementation from A to Z of new HR service

- Product design (mockups, scenarios, mapping) and optimization for UX

- Service validation on the market, interviews with customers, test deployments

- Sales (B2B) and deployments to large corporate customers (ManPower, AVON, ERBUD, GEFCO)

- Management of an 8-person team, obtaining financing and reporting to Investors

- Numerous public appearances, participation in podcasts, publications in industry media

Jakub Granat has a magister (Mgr) in finance and accounting from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, as well as a licencjat (Lic.) in finance and accounting from the same school.

Jakub Granat works with Leszek Wolany - Co-Founder, CMO & VP of the Board, Marcin Mrotek - CTO & Co-Founder, and Anna Florczyńska - Head of Customer Success. Jakub Granat reports to Dorota Rymaszewska, Co-Founder & CEO.
