Matthew Pagacik

Matthew Pagacik is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in leadership and development roles across various companies. Currently serving as the Lead Software Engineer at HireFast since November 2022, Matthew also co-founded and leads software engineering efforts at R&M Solutions. Previous experience includes co-founding Fenwayfanatics and serving as Technical Lead at New Frontier Presents, along with business development at Walker Sports Innovations, LLC. Additional roles include co-founding Labelless and interning as an SQA Engineer at Symbotic and an R&D Intern at Teknor Apex Company. Matthew holds a degree from Fairfield University, where Matthew also contributed as Men's Basketball Manager.
