Dr. Franz M. is a highly experienced process development engineer with a focus on coating and high-performance flat belts, having worked at Ammeraal Beltech from March 2021 to June 2022. Notable contributions include achieving material, time, and cost savings through optimized silicone formulations and process parameters. Prior to this role, Dr. Franz M. served as a Forschender Doktorand at Universität Siegen while completing a Doctor of Engineering in Materials Science and Engineering from the same institution, which was awarded in December 2021.
