Kavita Shrivastav

Kavita Shrivastav (Kavita) is the Director – Human Resources for Hitachi Payment Services and leads the HR function for the company. She comes with 19 years of professional experience across diverse sectors like Financial Services, Retail and F&B. She has previously worked with large global Indian conglomerates like – Piramal Capital, Tata Capital Limited, Raymond Limited and Barista Coffee limited.

She has expertise in Human Resources function focusing on areas like strategic planning, creating and implementing HR processes and policies, partnering with business to drive people practices and organizational change initiatives. She has led various transformation projects and worked on building world class e-enabled practices in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development, Succession Planning, Managing High Potentials, Employee Engagement, Learning and Organizational Development. She has steered initiatives in organizations to enhance the employer brand and become an employer of choice. Kavita holds MBA Degree in Human Resource and has completed the Strategic Human Resource course from IIM, Ahmedabad.
