Carol Reardon

Carol Reardon has over 17 years of experience working as a Principal in the construction industry. Carol has worked with various companies, including HKA and The Kenrich Group LLC, where they have specialized in analyzing and resolving complex business disputes. Their expertise lies in conducting detailed schedule delay and cost overrun analyses, as well as analyzing project documentation to determine the cause of project delays. In addition, Carol has experience assisting companies with the creation or review of project schedules, analyzing ongoing schedule delays, and preparing change orders. Prior to their work in the construction industry, they worked as a Design Engineer at Goodrich Sensor Systems.

Carol Reardon earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota from 1999 to 2003. Carol also has additional certifications including Certified Fraud Examiner from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) obtained in January 2015, Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute obtained in July 2013, and Planning And Scheduling Professional (PSP) from AACE International obtained in June 2013.
