Ray Sloane

Ray Sloane is a seasoned expert in financial consulting and forensic accounting, currently serving as a Partner at HKA Global LLC since April 2020. Prior to this role, Ray was a Managing Director at Berkeley Research Group from April 2013 to April 2020, where expertise in litigation consulting and expert witness services was applied, focusing on forensic accounting, damages, and business valuation. With over 38 years of experience, Ray has managed complex commercial litigation cases involving fraud and economic loss. Previous positions include Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting, Partner in the Litigation Consulting and Bankruptcy Group at Margolin, Winer & Evens, and Partner at Spicer & Oppenheim. Ray holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a B.B.A. in Accounting from Hofstra University.
