Principal; Regional Technical Director

Niel Prunier is a seasoned architectural professional with extensive experience in complex project management and design, currently serving as Principal and Regional Technical Director at HKS, Inc. since March 2014. Notable projects include the $492 million North Torrey Pines Living and Learning Neighborhood at the University of California, San Diego and the multi-billion dollar Los Angeles Sports and Entertainment District. Prior experience includes roles as Project Architect at Michael Maltzan Architecture, where Niel contributed to the Inuit Art Center, and at HKS, where involvement in creating the Melco Crown Entertainment Arena took place. Other significant positions were held at Ehrlich Architects, Randall Stout Architects, and Architectural Resources Cambridge, undertaking various projects ranging from academic buildings to cultural institutions. Niel Prunier holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Rice University.
