Lorene Frankel

Lorene (Ford) Frankel is a Senior Associate and West Coast Lead Strategist at HLW since February 2019, focusing on integrating strategic approaches to workplace design by actively engaging with client needs. Prior experience includes serving as Architect and Design Director at Loescher Meachem Architects, where Lorene led the design of creative office spaces for high-profile clients such as Beats by Dre and Warner Bros. Additionally, at AECOM, Lorene contributed to significant projects including LAX terminal canopies and worked on a sports studio design team for stadiums in Saudi Arabia. Early career roles encompassed positions at Bestor Architecture, G. Goldberg and Associates, and Hall & Partners, where Lorene developed skills in architectural design, exhibition design, and market research. Lorene holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Advertising from The University of Georgia and a Master of Architecture from the University of Illinois at Chicago School of Architecture.
