Gloria is responsible for the full lifecycle of the HM Health Solutions product portfolio, as well as the product roadmap, architecture, and data. Through collaboration with business partners, Gloria is dedicated to using cutting-edge technology to improve customer engagement and experience. Gloria joined HM Health Solutions in 2019 with over 20 years of experience in health care technology, both as a consultant and as a health plan employee with roles in IT, program management, and operations support.
