Melissa is responsible for finance operations, including portfolio management, workforce operations, budgeting, financial analysis, pricing, and cost management processes. She joined HM Health Solutions in 2019 as vice president, Transformation Strategy, and previously held several leadership roles at Highmark Inc., where she worked for more than 10 years.
