Heather Farrell

Heather Farrell is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in public relations and marketing. Currently serving as Senior Campaigns Manager at HM Revenue & Customs since August 2025, Farrell previously held various roles at Liverpool Football Club, including Communication Manager and Senior PR Executive, from October 2013 to August 2025.
