Previously, Jackie worked as the Country Manager for EAT HAPPY GROUP, where they established the Nordic head office and managed a team of over 100 employees. Their extensive background includes roles as Operations Director at Selecta and Director of Operations for Awaze, where they demonstrated expertise in operational optimization and strategic transformations across various sectors.
