Paul Kelley

Paul Kelley, P.E., PMP, currently serves as the Department Manager for Transit and Municipal Design at HNTB, overseeing the delivery of quality design services. With extensive experience in project management, Kelley has held significant roles including Project Manager II and Senior Project Manager at various organizations, leading multiple transportation-related projects and managing teams for the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, and Atkins. Kelley holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a previous degree from Georgia Southern University, demonstrating a solid educational foundation in engineering.
