Lisa Jacob

Lisa Jacob serves as the High Performance Director at Hockey Ireland, leading the national high performance programme to ensure sustainable success for senior international teams and junior talent development. With a background as Co-Founder of Hidden Strength, Lisa has designed leadership development experiences rooted in performance psychology and resilience. Additional experience includes being a Partner at The Performance HUB, coaching in various capacities, and playing for the Irish Women's international hockey and rugby teams. Academically, Lisa holds a BSc in Psychology from University College Dublin, along with diplomas in Executive Coaching and Management from the Irish Management Institute.
