Talent Experience & Operations Manager

Hofy is redefining the way organisations oversee their remote and hybrid workplaces - by helping them create an amazing onboarding experience. We believe that great employee experience starts with a great candidate experience - that is where you come in in the role of Talent Experience & Operations Partner. You will work directly with the Head of Talent and each of the Talent Partners to ensure a stellar experience from start to onboarding and beyond.

In short:

  • Remote - GMT +/-3 hrs - Reporting to the Head of Talent
  • Own and create the candidate journey all the way to onboarding and beyond creating delightful experiences.
  • Opportunity to shape talent and people processes from scratch and work with senior stakeholders in the company.

About the role

This role will be varied - having space to be both creative and analytical. There are quite a few things to build to create a smooth and scalable hiring machine.

  • Create the candidate experience journey to make sure that we are being transparent yet efficient.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Partners to schedule interviews and follow-ups making sure that we keep on track.
  • Work with the Head of Talent to create a suite of analytics and dashboards so that we can keep on top of all the projects as well have really high growth targets.
  • Identify areas of continuous improvement of new and current processes to support business objectives

About you

This role is wide-reaching and will require working with almost everyone. You will be a key contact for all of our new starters at Hofy. For this role you will need to have:

  • Great stakeholder management skills and the ability to adapt your communication skills to different audiences.
  • A highly organised way of working and presenting information, making it easily understandable for everyone.
  • Familiar/sensitive to the challenges and needs of growing business, especially those of a scaling start-up disrupting an industry
  • Action orientated and not fearful of acting with a minimum of planning
