Peter Walsh

Peter Walsh is a Partner in the Litigation & Arbitration practice group at Hogan Lovells, where the focus is on internal and government investigations, class actions, healthcare, and complex litigation since September 2015. Previously, as Senior Deputy General Counsel & Chief of Litigation, Investigations, Privacy & Security at UnitedHealth Group from September 2007 to August 2015, Peter served as a trusted advisor to senior management, overseeing high-profile litigation and managing litigation attorneys. Peter has also held positions as a Federal Prosecutor specializing in complex economic crime and white collar prosecutions, an Attorney at Hogan Lovells, and a Law Clerk at the United States District Court for the District of Maine. Peter Walsh earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Harvard Law School in 1997 and a Bachelor's degree from Middlebury College in 1992.
