Ralph Roels

Ralph Roels is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment, training, and coaching. Currently serving as a Lecturer in Change Management at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, Ralph is responsible for teaching Change Management and overseeing graduation projects. Ralph holds the role of Recruitment Lead at In Ovo, overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process for all positions. Since 2019, Ralph has operated multiple businesses including Roels Based Search, focusing on executive recruitment; Roels Based Training, dedicated to improving soft skills; and Roels Based Coaching, which offers lifestyle and career guidance. Previous roles include Senior Recruitment Consultant at Considerati and various positions in recruitment at NN and In Ovo B.V. Ralph's educational background includes a degree in Dutch Law, Corporate Law from Maastricht University and a DISC certification focused on behavioral and communication styles.
