Roeland Roos

Roeland Roos is an experienced educator and coach with a strong background in mathematics and personal development. Currently a Lecturer in Mathematics at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences since August 2018, Roeland has also founded Steunlessen in February 2015, focusing on professional training and coaching. With extensive experience since 1998 as a Trainer in Stress Reduction, Mindfulness, and Acceptance Commitment Training (ACT) through ALePH infinity, Roeland addresses workplace stress, effectiveness, and personal conflicts. Other roles include coaching young tennis talents and providing career guidance. Roeland holds a Master's degree in Mathematics from the University of Amsterdam, along with various certifications in mindfulness and coaching methodologies.
